🌸Happy Mother’s Day🌸
To the mom who feels overwhelmed, who wakes before the sun and carries the weight of everyone—Sis, take that nap. Order the takeout. You don't have to earn your rest. You are enough, even undone.
To the mom who carries all the mental load, the planner, the keeper of lists, the memory for all—Start delegating, not apologizing.Make the list visible, and pass the baton.Let them see all you hold—then let them help carry it.
To the mom that is feeling like she can’t take it anymore, crying in silence behind closed doors—Sis, you are not alone. Call the friend. Text the therapist. Say the thing.Let someone in before you break.
To the mom that is in waiting, longing for a child, a change, a chance—Your motherhood is valid in the waiting, too. You're seen. Keep showing up for yourself.Your story isn’t over—miracles move quiet sometimes.
To the mom who is distant from her mom, by miles, silence, or wounds still healing—Sis, it’s okay to grieve the mom you needed but didn’t have. You’re allowed to set boundaries without guilt. You’re breaking cycles, not being ungrateful. And you’re becoming the kind of mother you needed all along.
To the mom whose mom is no longer here, whose memories are stitched with both love and longing—Sis, she lives in your strength. In the way you show up, love hard, and keep going.Let the memories be your companion, not your cage.
To the mom of a child with special needs, navigating appointments, therapies, and unseen challenges—Sis, your love is fierce, your advocacy unmatched.Take breaks without guilt. Seek support without shame. You were chosen for this journey, but you don’t have to walk it alone. There is strength in asking for help—and power in community.
To all the moms holding invisible battles, doing your best with what you’ve got—You are doing holy work, even when it’s messy. Give yourself the grace you give everyone else. You don’t have to be perfect to be powerful.
🌸Happy Mother’s Day🌸
